Having completed my Masters in Human Resources Management from the Department of Management Studies-Goa University, I began my career in 2012. My journey from then on has been extremely eventful, elevating me to leadership role.I have moved from the Human Resources domain to Operations & Finance, heading Jakson Hospitality, which is a vertical of the Powergen Company -Jakson Ltd. In addition to Heading the Hospitality vertical, I also Head the Corporate Social Responsibility function for the Jakson Group.

My work history commences with my 1st assignment at InterContinental Goa & the journey from thereon took me to work with various Hotel Brands like Royal Resorts, Taj Hotels, Kenilworth & Leela. I have also been a Managing Partner in a consulting firm named “HR FUTUREZ” with its forte in Talent Management & Outsourcing.

In my current portfolio, I am responsible for projects incorporating 1)Rural & Girl Child Education 2)Community Services & 3) Environment Sustainability. We have been working in the Sates of UP, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Jammu & Kolkatta. I have worked in the spectrum of LEED Programmes (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) by the Indian Green Building Council. I was also recently awarded the Times Network National Award for “Most Admired Hospitality Professional of the Year” in July 2018 for my work in Hospitality.

As part of my personal contribution towards the Community, I am authoring a book called “Skills for Life” that will be published early 2019 for free distribution to Jakson supported Govt. Primary Schools. I also work closely with Sri Mayya Devi Physically & Mentally Challenged Children’s Welfare Society in Rohini Delhi.

On the personal front, I am a travel enthusiast, love road trips, enjoy photography & thoroughly enjoy travel writing. I have my own travel & lifestyle blog “traveldiariesbonvoyage.wordpress.com”. I have also been a guest contributor for many lifestyle portals. When I am not travelling or working, I listen to music or play tennis.
