Ashish Kaul has over 19 years' experience in managing brands and businesses that are diverse, trans-national and multi-cultural. Over the years, Ashish have widely been recognised as a turn-around man having been a key member of some of the most pioneering start-ups in the recent times. Broadly, Ashish has hands-on experience and expertise in Sales & marketing, Business Development, Business restructuring, Human Resource Development and Corporate Communications. Ashish has also been one of the most prominent opinion makers and for over a decade was the sole spokesperson for entire Essel Group comprising 44 diverse & trans-national businesses. Ashish has been associated with leading brands like Dish TV, Playwin, Zee Sports, Indian Cricket League, Agrani Satellite, Bajaj Herbals, Natural Care of Jordan and shows like Business Bazigar among many others. Ashish had led the brand restructuring and centralisation across the entire Essel Group spanning across 44 diverse companies.

Ashish has served in various top management positions in diverse and trans-national organisations ; Executive Vice President - Essel Group & Zee Network, Executive Director & Business Head, Credence International, Country Manager & Business Head Bajaj Group - International FMCG Business. Ashish was a Business adviser to Level IX Brand Advisory and launched India's largest Bollywood trade magazine called Blockbuster.

Currently Ashish Kaul is Group Vice President for Hinduja Group, one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates with global businesses and brands like Ashok Leyland, Gulf Oil, IndusInd Bank, IndusInd Media, CVO among many other international companies. Ashish is also Chairman, PirpAnchal NGO that works with various worldwide Governments for restoration of monuments of importance to Indians and also operates the first community FM radio station known as Radio Sharda.
