Anuradha is business professional with 24 years experience in Marketing, Business development and sales. She has been with the Shell Foundation for over 6 years . The focus is to build enterprise solutions to poverty issues through varied programs and strategic partnerships .Currently the Regional Director at the Shell Foundation. Anuradha's focus has been to build and nurture innovative entrepreneurial partnerships. She has also has been an advisor to the Rockefeller Foundation on their Asian Climate Change and Resilience Program Network. She is currently the Chairperson on the Board of Cotton Connect South Asia.
Her role to build and grow strategic business models across sectors ,has been key to take programs to scale. The focus is to create sustainable and scalable programs.
Her approach to sustainability is grounded in an understanding of business drivers and in particular the need to deliver financial performance for the enterprises along with social and environmental impacts. For this reason, it is important to work in partnership with other stakeholders and build strategic partnerships.
